Booking Policies

General Guidelines:
All clients must be 18 years or older with a valid government-issued ID.
The studio is a drug and alcohol-free zone.
Please allocate ample time for your appointment.
For safety and sterility reasons, we cannot accommodate children in the studio.
Tattoos cannot be done over affected areas (sunburns, rashes, scraps, cuts, topical numbing etc..). This may necessitate rescheduling and could affect your deposit, unless an alternative location is chosen.
Late and No-Show Policy:
Arriving over 20 minutes late may lead to the forfeit of your deposit and the potential need for rescheduling.
Being 15 minutes late without prior communication will be marked as a no-show.
No-shows may result in the cancellation of future appointments and will require a 50% upfront deposit for the next session. Repeated no-shows may limit your ability to book further sessions.
Missed complimentary touch-up appointments count as your one allocated session.
Rescheduling:
You have two allowed reschedules. Beyond that, a new deposit may be required.
Custom Work by Mary:
Mary creates unique, custom designs and will not directly replicate reference materials.
Trust in Mary’s expertise throughout the design process ensures the best outcome for design clarity and longevity.
Significant last-minute changes can result in the loss of the deposit. Please be clear with desired details and elements before the appointment.
Design previews are reserved for the appointment day unless otherwise noted.
Deposits:
A $150 deposit is required at the time of booking.
This deposit will be deducted from the final tattoo price.
Deposits cover preparation time, design work, and materials. They are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If a deposit is not received, the appointment slot will not be held.
Additional Notes:
If for any reason the appointment is canceled by the artist, the deposit may be forfeited.
Mary reserves the right to decline certain projects at any time for any reason.
